Coaching packages are recommended as they offer a structured path towards achieving your goals, fostering consistent progress with each session building on the last. This time-bound commitment enhances accountability and motivates you to stay engaged with the process.

Approach each session with a clear objective in mind. Ask yourself: “What do I want to achieve during this session?” You can make a list of specific situations in which you've encountered difficulties that you would like to address in our session.

Coaching sessions are conducted online via Google Meet.

Each session lasts 50 minutes. The number and frequency of sessions are determined based on the client's needs. Some situations may require 3 sessions, while others may require more. Some individuals choose to engage in regular, long-term coaching with reduced session frequency.

The coaching process will continue until the global objective is achieved or if either of us feels that the partnership is not yielding enough progress. Maybe we realize that coaching is not the right method for your needs and other options would be worth taking into consideration, such as therapy. Or maybe over time we both realize that it would be useful to change our focus to a different objective, extending the coaching journey further.

A suitable coach possesses coaching qualifications and is someone you feel comfortable discussing your concerns with. They should make you feel heard, understood, and challenge you to explore beyond your current knowledge. A good coach does not provide advice but helps you find your own answers and solutions. You know you are working with the right coach when you make progress toward your objectives.

After each session, you will have gained clarity on at least one new aspect. Looking back, you will notice that you engage in more desired behaviors and fewer undesired ones. You will know what to do, even when faced with obstacles. Self-knowledge will increase, and you will feel a sense of well-being. You will have achieved what you initially set out to accomplish in the coaching process.
