As of 25 May 2018 regulation (EU) 679/2016 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter referred to as the regulation) is applicable.

Its main purpose is to increase the level of protection of personal data and create a climate of trust that allows each person control over their own data. Thus, we inform you how we protect your personal data and how we appropriate the provisions of the regulation.​

To help you, for the purpose of accurate and complete information we will answer a number of relevant questions, while presenting you, in conjunction with the questions and answers provided, the Website Data Protection controller's statement and, at the same time, information for data subjects pursuant to Articles 13 and 14 of regulation 679/2016.

What is the personal data we process?

The personal data we process are mainly the identification data of the data subject (the quality of data subject may be: Website visitors), such as name, surname, e-mail address, telephone number, the purpose for which you want to conclude the contract for providing coaching services and data resulting from your navigation on our website. Personal data are collected directly from you, or from public sources, when you become our partner, respectively, a data subject, within the meaning of the regulation.

We process your personal data on the basis of your consent, for contractual / pre-contractual purposes to facilitate the performance of activities related to the specifics of the subscribed object of activity and/or in order to fulfill legal obligations.

What is the purpose of processing your personal data?

Your personal data is processed on the basis of your consent, and for the duration of the contract, until the expiration of contractual obligations and archiving terms. Palfi Diana-Andreea - registered sole trader processes personal data for the following purposes:

  • fulfilment of obligations and rights arising from contracts concluded with you, according to art.6 paragraph 1 lit.B) of regulation 679/2016.

  • compliance with a legal obligation of the operator, according to art.6 paragraph.1 lit.C) of regulation 679/2016.

  • processing is carried out on the basis of your consent, according to art.6 paragraph.1 lit.A) of regulation 679/2016.

What are the categories of recipients of your personal data?

In order to facilitate the performance of activities related to the registered sole trader's object of activity and in connection with the contract and/or in order to fulfill legal obligations, it is possible to communicate or disclose such data to third parties, but only on the basis of a confidentiality commitment on their part, guaranteeing that such data is kept safe and that the provision of such personal information is made in accordance with the legislation in force. These recipients may be public authorities and institutions, courts of law, prosecutor's offices attached to the courts of law.

International data transfers

Currently, personal data are kept in our locations in Romania, Palfi Diana-Andreea - registered sole trader not transmitting your personal data outside the European Union. 

If we need to transfer your information to other companies or service providers in countries outside the European Union, we will inform you in advance and consider the existence of equivalent data protection and privacy laws.

If we transmit your data to a country outside the European Union, we will ensure that it is properly protected. We will always ensure that there is a legal contract covering the transfer of data, in accordance with the standards approved by the European Commission (https://ec.europa.eu/info/law/law-topic/data-protection/data-transfers-outside-eu/model-contracts-transferpersonal-data-third-countries_en). In addition, if it is considered that the country does not have laws equivalent to EU data protection standards, then we will ask that country to enter into a contract that reflects these standards.

How long do we process your personal data?

Your personal data will be processed and stored until the moment of withdrawal of consent, termination of the contractual relationship and expiration of the limitation periods unless we have a legal obligation to continue to store these data for the purpose of presenting them to public institutions (example: tax authorities).

What are your rights and how can they be exercised?

As a data subject, you may contact our data protection officer at any time and free of charge, with a notice, using the contact details mentioned above in order to exercise your rights under Regulation 679/2016. These rights are as follows:

  • Right to receive information on data processing and a copy of the processed data (right of access, Article 15 of the regulation),

  • The right to request the rectification of inaccurate data or the completion of incomplete data (right of access, art. 16 of the regulation),

  • The right to request the erasure of personal data (the”right to be forgotten”) and, where the personal data have been made public, the transmission of information relating to the erasure request to other controllers (the right to erasure, Article 17 of the regulation),

  • Right to request restriction of data processing (right to restriction of processing, Article 18 of the regulation),

  • The right to receive personal data relating to the data subject in a structured, commonly used and mechanically accessible format and to request the transmission of such data to another controller (right to data portability, Article 20 of the regulation),

  • Right to object to data processing with the intention to cease processing (right to object, Article 21 of the regulation),

  • Withdrawal will not affect the lawfulness of processing based on the consent given before withdrawal (right to withdraw consent, Article 7 of the regulation).

  • Right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, the National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing, if you consider that the processing of data is a violation of the regulation (right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, Article 77 of the regulation)

Security notification

Since keeping your personal data safe is a priority for us, we have implemented a security system to protect your personal data against any unauthorized access, accidental loss, disclosure or destruction.

In order for your personal data not to be accessible to third parties, we take all necessary technical and organizational measures to save them in an appropriate format. However, total data security cannot be guaranteed when communicating via email.
